Murray stated that he thought it was rather "inhumane" of Michael to not allow Security into the house to use the restroom.

Well, it's not true.

Alvarez testified as to the door they'd use to enter the house "to use the restroom," & Chernoff made mention of the same in his opening statement.

MJ was sooo trusting...too trusting. Too many times he simply trusted the wrong people. People who meant him no good will (hidden motives...)

My doggie is verrrrry playful. When out for a walk, he'll see another dog & wanna run over to play.

Never mind the other dog is growling, barking like crazy & lunging...my dog still wants to sniff & play.

I have to tell him, "...that creature may look like you & walk on all fours, but he is NOT trying to be your friend! IF he gets hold of you, he will TEAR YOU TO SHREDS!"

I think he gets it, cause he'll stop & stand there, ears pointing straight up, tongue hanging out, looking back & forth @ me & the other dog - as if to say, "Gee! What's wrong w/him? He don't wanna play?" LOL!

In regards to Dr. Conrad Murray’s manslaughter trial, the phrases “personal responsibility/self accountability,” are all over the place. I’m all about either. No one can make me do something I don’t want to do (…or is immoral or unethical), but that should also apply in reverse: I shouldn’t be able to make (…or pay) SOMEONE ELSE to do something they don’t want to do (…that is immoral or unethical), either.

Yes, Michael had a hand in his own passing.  He wanted what he wanted (like most of us) while heeding the advice of the wrong people.  That was a bad habit of his.  He let the wrong people whisper in his ear… 

(I understand if one didn't do what Mike wanted, you'd be cut from his circle - but would that have been such a bad thing?  If someone tells you your salary comes with "kiss my ass privileges" & that's NOT your cup of tea, then move on.  If it is your cup of tea, then take the pay, bend over/squat & pucker up!)

Unfortunately, my Baybeh got what he PAID for. It breaks my heart, but he got Dr. Conrad Murray.  Someone unqualified to really help him.

He got Dr. Murray because there were ethical & professional doctors, out there, who told him NO.

The nurse told him no.  There were others who told him no, too.

Murray told Michael yes, but it came w/a price.

Sadly, it wasn’t just a dollar amount.

Michael has already been held accountable for his actions.  He’s gone.

He’s dead.

What was Murray’s responsibility in all of this?

What will Murray be held accountable for? Anything?

Everything found in MJ’s system, Murray put there. Everything.

(A medical professional needs to explain HOW an “addict” can have healthy organs. THAT was in the coroner’s report. I don’t get that part.)

I’m not impressed that Murray refers to Michael as his friend. So what?

Friends help friends go to jail.

Friends help friends go to hell - everyday.

What kind of friend was he?

What kind of friend walks into a bad situation & instead of helping to make it better, makes it worse? THEN, cry “I’ve done nothing wrong?”

If we’re not accountable to each other, then let’s get rid of the charity organizations, the non-profits that daily receive funds from various individuals who want to help complete strangers. Close down the half-way houses, homeless shelters, shelters for abused & battered women & children; remove the word “volunteer” from the English language. Let’s get rid of the Kidney Foundation, throw out our organ donor cards, abolish the Red Cross…delete the organ transplant waiting list…

YES, I’m my brother’s keeper & my brother is mine.

Personally, I don’t believe Dr. Murray killed Michael on purpose. I don’t believe it.

I truly believe it was an accident; however, it was an accident bound to happen - @ the hands of Dr. Murray.

Why?  Because, Murray veered out of his lane. He was out of his element in attempting to treat MJ for his insomnia.  Murray’s expertise is cardiology.

Murray should have sought appropriate help for his “friend.”

So, how can we say Murray is blameless?

Michael died @ the hands of another - without malice or forethought. That’s manslaughter.

As nice a guy as Murray’s cardiology patients paint him to be, he’s a nice guy that came w/a price.  He’s not an anesthetist  or a sleep specialist.

Murray has shown himself to be a liar (a “weaver of stories” that make him look good).  In his statement to the police, he tried to throw everybody else under the bus: the German doctors, Dr. Klein, Dr. Adams, the EMTs, the UCLA Emergency Room doctors…unbelievable.

Murray has shown himself to be a licensed drug supplier - a supplier of controlled substances & Propofol.  Don’t we (America) lock up folks like this, or is it only the small-time street-pushers that should go to jail?  I consider Murray to be even more dangerous: He has a LICENSE.  He’s a doctor who is SUPPOSED to know better AND has taken an oath to “…first, do no harm.”

Who, first, introduced this drug to Michael is still a mystery…

This “Hollywood-Healthcare” didn’t start w/Michael & it’s not going to end w/him, either.

Will Dr. Murray be punished for the part he played in all of this? There are some who say the blame lies ENTIRELY w/Michael Jackson:  “If Dr. Murray didn’t give it to him, he would have gotten it from someone else…”

Maybe, but he died on Murray’s watch (…oh, that’s right – but, Murray wasn’t watching him when “this” happened).

Again, Michael ended up w/Murray for a reason.

Evidently, someone had already told him NO….

The sad thing about conceding Murray was gone longer than two minutes - & to throw out 10, 15, 20 minutes as an assumption - is to concede that Michael had already passed away...@ least 10, 15, or 20 minutes before Murray got back to him...
So, in essence, Michael wasn't in a position to be "saved." It was already too late

He can’t make up his mind:

1. He “slowly” infused 25mg over 3-5 minutes & waited until the drug “should’ve been out of MJ’s system,” then left to use the restroom for TWO MINUTES…got back & Michael “wasn’t breathing…,”never mind he had a pulse/heartbeat – but instead of giving him oxygen, he started chest compressions…OKaaaay ;
2. He “slowly” infused 25mg & MJ had a bad reaction & 911 was called immediately (as told to the ER personnel);
3. In Chernoff’s opening statement: MJ “supposedly” self-administered this drug & died immediately!  So fast, that his eyes were open & his mouth was open when Murray returned to MJ’s bedside (again, TWO MINUTES after leaving him).  He was past saving!

OK.  You pick one.

Demerol...Propofol...

…Throwing Arnie Klein under the bus for giving MJ Demerol is a smokescreen.

Demerol didn't kill Michael. Demerol wasn't in the toxicology report.

Mike was thin, but his organs were healthy - no sign of a drug addiction.

Demerol may cause insomnia, BUT Propofol is NOT a sleep aid & Murray is NOT a sleep specialist. (From what we've learned, he may not even be a cardiologist, either!)

I GOOGLED this right quick..."Demerol withdrawal include agitation, tremors, runny nose, chills, sleeplessness, anxiousness, yawning, restlessness, weakness, flu-like symptoms, depression, hallucination, delirium, cramps, diarrhea, sweating, vomiting, muscle and bone pain, confusion, extreme irritability and muscle spasms."

So, when lining this up against what Kenny Ortega wrote in his email to AEG execs, it sounds like MJ may have been coming down from a Demerol injection…(from Dr. Klein?)…?  IDK…

LOS ANGELES — The Los Angeles County coroner has ruled Michael Jackson’s death a homicide, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press, a finding that makes it more likely criminal charges will be filed against the doctor who was with the pop star when he died on June 25.

A designation of homicide means that Jackson died at the hands of another, but does not necessarily mean a crime was committed.

Forensic tests found the powerful anesthetic propofol acted together with at least two sedatives to cause Jackson’s death June 25 in his rented Los Angeles mansion, according to the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the findings have not been publicly released.

Dr. Conrad Murray, a Las Vegas cardiologist who became Jackson’s personal physician weeks before his death, is the target of a manslaughter investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department. Dateline NBC's Josh Mankiewicz confirmed that Murray is the target of a manslaughter probe.

A search warrant affidavit unsealed Monday in Houston includes a detailed account of what Murray told investigators.

According to the document, Murray said he’d been treating Jackson for insomnia for about six weeks with 50 milligrams of propofol every night via an intravenous drip. But he said he feared Jackson was forming an addiction to the anesthetic, which is normally used in hospitals only, and was attempting to wean his patient by lowering the dose to 25 milligrams and adding the sedatives lorazepam and midazolam.

That combination succeeded in helping Jackson sleep two days prior to his death, so the next day, Murray told detectives he cut off the propofol — and Jackson fell asleep with just the two sedatives.

Then around 1:30 a.m. on June 25, starting with a 10-milligram tab of Valium, Murray said he tried a series of drugs instead of propofol to make Jackson sleep. The injections included two milligrams of lorazepam around 2 a.m., two milligrams of midazolam around 3 a.m., and repeats of each at 5 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. respectively.

Murray told detectives that around 10:40 a.m. he gave in to Jackson’s “repeated demands/requests” for propofol, which the singer referred to as his “milk.” He administered 25 milligrams of the white-colored liquid, — a relatively small dose — and finally, Jackson fell asleep.

Murray remained with the sedated Jackson for about 10 minutes, then left for the bathroom. No more than two minutes later, he returned — and found Jackson had stopped breathing.

“There’s no surprise there” that death could result from such a combination, said Dr. David Zvara, anesthesia chairman at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

“All those drugs act in synergy with each other,” Zvara said. Adding propofol on top of all the other sedatives “tipped the balance.”

Singer had bed sores 
Besides the propofol and two sedatives, the coroner’s toxicology report found other substances in Jackson’s system but they were not believed to have been a factor in the singer’s death, the official told the AP.

When he died, Jackson was skinny but not overly emaciated, and his body had bed sores, the official said. The singer is believed to have developed bed sores in the months following his 2005 acquittal of child molestation charges, when he went into seclusion and spent long stretches in bed.

Murray has spoken to police and last week released a video saying he “told the truth and I have faith the truth will prevail.” Murray did not say anything about the drugs he gave to Jackson. Murray’s attorney, Edward Chernoff, had no immediate comment but has previously said Murray never administered anything that “should have” killed Jackson.

A call to the coroner’s office was not returned Monday.

Jackson’s family released a statement Monday, saying it has “full confidence” in the legal process and the efforts of investigators. It concludes: “The family looks forward to the day that justice can be served.”

The 25 milligrams of propofol Murray told police he gave Jackson the day he died “is not a whopping amount,” said Lee Cantrell, director of the San Diego division of the California Poison Control System. But by combining propofol with a cocktail of the other sedatives, known as benzodiazepines, it “may have been the trigger that pushed him over the edge,” Cantrell said.

Cantrell said it’s perplexing that someone would give various benzodiazepines if one was found not to be effective.

“This is horrible polypharmacy,” he said, referring to the interaction between the various drugs. “No one will treat an insomniac like this.”

The affidavit says Murray told investigators he didn’t order or buy any propofol and had found about eight bottles of it in Jackson’s home along with numerous other medications. But investigators served a search warrant Aug. 11 at a Las Vegas pharmacy and uncovered evidence showing Murray legally purchased from the store the propofol he gave Jackson the day he died.

Murray didn’t tell paramedics or doctors at UCLA hospital where Jackson was rushed June 25 about any drugs he administered other than lorazepam and flumazenil, according to the affidavit. The document says it was only during a subsequent interview with Los Angeles Police detectives that Murray gave a more full accounting of the events leading up to the 911 call.

The coroner’s office has not publicly released its autopsy findings, citing a request from police detectives to withhold results until their investigation is complete.

Homicide, or “death at the hands of another,” is one of several possible findings in a coroner’s death investigation. The designation does not necessarily mean a crime was committed though it is a useful starting point for prosecutors, said Dr. Michael Baden, the former chief medical examiner in New York City and a forensics expert involved in many high-profile murder cases.

“It is an easier prosecution when the medical examiner calls it a homicide,” said Baden, who is not involved in the Jackson investigation.

The most important timeline for me STOPS @ where 911 was called. PERIOD.

THIS is what happens when you don't write down in your own words what you saw, heard & did in a hectic/chaotic situation.

I believe they (the witnesses) were given copies of their pre-lim statements because, Alvarez said he looked over his two weeks ago.  Two weeks, ago? Whatever.

Anyway, with that said, THIS is exactly what the Defense wants.  They want the jury (us/public) bogged down trying to make sense of (IMHO) irrelevant details.

The most important timeline for me STOPS @ where 911 was called.  PERIOD.

In the Defense's opening statement, Chernoff stated that their goal was to show that Michael Jackson self-administered (ingested/injected) the FATAL DOSE of Propofol, himself - NOT who took Michael off the bed & put him on the floor.

Does it matter?  Why?  During the 911 call, it's CLEARLY stated that MJ was ON THE BED.

The  EMTs stated Michael was already gone for @ LEAST 20 minutes before they even got there.  THAT has nothing to do w/whether Michael was on the bed or on the floor.  He was already gone.

The bottom line for me is this:  Murray orchestrated the situation & provided the drugs that killed Michael.

Michael told Murray he knew about this drug & that other doctors had given him this drug to put him to “sleep.”

• Murray agreed to continue giving Michael Propofol.
• Murray ordered this drug.
• Murray setup the I.V.
• Murray attached the bag.
• Murray setup the port.
• Murray inserted the needle.
• Murray spiked the vial top.
• Murray’s prints are on the 100ml vial.
• Murray started the drip.
• Murray WALKED AWAY.

Why are people concerned w/what Alvarez was doing for six minutes?

I have a better question:  What was Murray doing from 10:40am - 11:51am?

• OH!  That’s right, he was on the phone!
• Or should I say phone(S)??!

So, Michael gave himself the fatal dose, huh??!

Well, the opportunity for this fantasy situation, to “possibly,” occur should not have been present.

Murray left the side of an anesthetized patient.

Excuse me?  He did WHAT??!

Any anesthesiologist will tell you that should never happen.  EVER.

Oh, that’s right, Murray isn’t an anesthesiologist.

He’s not a sleep specialist, either.

Murray should have STAYED IN HIS LANE.

His lane is cardiology.  His cardiology patients are the ones singing his praises.

Let’s hear from his patients w/insomnia.

Let’s hear from the patients who hired him as their anesthetist for major surgery.

This doctor orchestrated the situation, ordered the drug, provided the drug & setup the intravenous delivery of the drug that killed Michael.

FATAL dose- Murray or Michael?  The problem w/either of these scenarios is, Murray shouldn’t have been giving Michael ANY DOSE @ all!

Besides not calling 911 - after he found Michael unresponsive (dead); from what’s listed above, pull out one thing he did right!

My goodness, where do I begin...

There are sooo many things running thru my mind regarding this trial, until my head is spinning!

I'm writing in no particular order. I'm simply thinking... 

§         What is propofol?

§         An anesthetic used in surgeries to render patients unconscious. Therefore, for what it is - it ISN'T a prescription drug, it ISN'T a narcotic, so it’s not addictive & it certainly ISN'T a cure/treatment for insomnia.

§         Wanting to include Michael's past addiction to prescription pain meds is lame. Thank you Judge Pastor for ruling it out as irrelevant, since a prescription drug didn't kill Michael; pain meds didn't kill Michael - it was "propofol intoxication."

§         The Defense & the media refuse to make this distinction regarding this drug.  Propofol is not a narcotic!  It's NOT addictive!  Propofol is not a PRESCRIPTION DRUG!!! You can't buy this stuff over the counter!  Make the dang distinction! Everything found in Michael's system, was everything Murray claimed to have given him. EVERYTHING.

§         The Defense wants to claim Michael drank it, which would explain "why" it was found in his stomach.  Well, it was also found in his eyes.  If the Defense thinks it can explain away one area of the body where this drug 'should not have been,' then they'll need to explain them ALL away.  Would they dare claim Michael used the propofol as eye drops?

§         If Michael could have 'drank' this stuff & achieve the desired result, which was sleep, then Murray wasn't needed.  He was a waste of money, especially @ the tune of $150,000.00 a month.

§         Had this trial been delayed, the potential jury pool would have had even more exposure to whatever information (correct/incorrect; biased/unbiased; lies or truth) & excrement the media would have put out there for consumption.

§         This was a ploy to push things as far back as possible, in order to tie the hands of the court & FORCE them to lock up the jurors. The arrogance of this man is beyond words...

§         Murray wanted to hog-tie others (literally, jail them), yet he posted bond (to be FREE). He’s allowed to go home every night & sleep in his own bed, frequent bars & coffee shops, visit Disneyland, shop @ the mall, eat whatever food he chooses, visit whatever restaurant he wants, watch whatever television program or listen to whatever radio station he chooses...is he forfeiting HIS freedom during HIS trial?

§         This spin story that he didn't know Mike was addicted to drugs is lame, because the autopsy report didn't indicate an addition to anything.  Mike was described as a healthy 50-year old male w/healthy organs.  A healthy organ in an addict is an oxymoron.

§         Weaning MJ off propofol...again, this drug isn't addictive.  WHY were so many bottles of this anesthetic ordered if this was the situation?  I believe Murray got the "big-head," thinking if he could knockout Michael Jackson, he could offer his "new service" to others L & make a lil side ch-change.  These bottles were for Michael & other unsuspecting insomniacs.  Heaven help us!

§         Murray's excuse that other doctors gave Mike this drug, is irrelevant.  Michael didn't die on their watch, he died on Murray's.

§         Murray wants to claim Michael gave this drug to himself; that he woke up & out of desperation injected himself & overdosed.  The problem w/that is:

1)      Had Murray performed the "job" for which he was hired (but not professionally qualified), Michael should not have come out from under the anesthesia until Murray brought him out;

2)      IF Michael had awakened, Murray should have known - in other words, his A$$ should have been in the room;

3)      He claims he left Michael for only two minutes, well a brain deprived of oxygen for two minutes leads to brain damage;

4)      Murray left the room of an unconscious patient to make a private phone call…why?  Michael wouldn’t have been able to overhear his conversation; QUESTION: Was there someone else in the room who would have overheard Murray’s “private” conversation?  IS THAT WHY HE LEFT THE ROOM? After doing his part in preparing/setting up the circumstances for this "mysterious someone else" to kill Miss Katherine's son - he then, had to leave the room so as NOT to be a witness??!  Murray’s defense is, either Michael gave himself the overdose or someone else did.  (I hate to say it, but it sounds like a possible conspiracy, of which Murray still played the lead part.  Arrrggghhh!)

5)      The opportunity for either of these scenarios to take place should not have been present;

6)      The drip Murray used wasn't even appropriate - he used a "make-shift" drip instead of a metered pump; one can’t even make the argument that the pump wasn’t calibrated properly & place the blame on the manufacturer.

7)      Murray is nothing but a legalized drug-pusher w/a medical license.  Drug dealers go to jail everyday for supplying & selling their drug of choice.

• YES, we each have a personal responsibility when it comes to our health, but we expect to be able to "trust" our doctors.
• I doctor shop all the time.  I’m on General Practitioner number five.  At my age, I want someone who understands my menopausal symptoms ;-) & not chalk ALL my aches & pains up to my getting “OLD!”
•  I’m on dermatologist number four.  #4 listened when I told her what worked for me, previously…she put me on the same regime & now, she’s a keeper.
• Right now, I’m on orthopedic surgeon number three.  With my ankle (I broke it a few years, ago), I want someone who won't treat me as if I have one foot in the grave & should simply settle for the aches & pains, due to my age.... I will always “shop” for doctors who have my best interest @ heart; doctors who say they CAN & WILL help me.  If I tell you what my issues are & you say you can help, I’m going to trust you to do just that.  If I tell you what has worked for me in the past & you decide to roll w/that, I’m going to trust you to know what you’re doing, suggest something better, or something that works just as well.  Am I wrong?
• Murray's cardiac patients sing his praises.  Well, he did what a cardiac surgeon was supposed to do - take care of the heart. During surgeries, no one can convince me Murray worked double-duty: Heart Surgery AND administering anesthesia to his patients to keep them under!  Don't even split your lip to suggest it!
• I'd like to hear from his patients suffering from insomnia...OH!  That's right!  He shouldn't be treating insomniacs, that's NOT his area of expertise.
• Murray veered out of his lane.  Period.

Murray thinks because others gave Mike the drug that made it okay for him to give Mike this drug, too.  Well, it wasn't okay.  In my opinion, I believe Michael asked Murray if he knew of anesthesiologist who would help him.  What does Murray do? He CONVINCES Mike he can provide this "sleep service" to him, & that another doctor wouldn't be needed (...more $$ for Murray).  Remember, Mike asked the nurse to "find him an anesthesiologist" who would put him to sleep @ night & wake him up in the morning.  When she said, no - he asked her if SHE would do it.  Again, she said no.  The nurse was more honorable than all of them!  Don't forget, Mike asked for an ANESTHESIOLOGIST. He asked for one.  That tells me he knew what kind of doctor was best qualified, certified, trained & legally authorized to administer propofol.  Murray was none of these things.  Yes, an anesthesiologist is an M.D.  They train to do one thing & one thing, only.  That is a huge responsibility, all by itself.  They don't need to do anything else.

• Murray refuses to accept responsibility for administering this drug to Michael.  "I’ve done nothing wrong."  Hell, yes you did! Even accidents have repercussions & consequences.  Murray should have been charged w/gross negligence; a lack of regard for human life, so much more…  For this man to continually whine about 'not doing anything wrong,' is just grating against my skin.  Just because Sally Blue jumped off the bridge, doesn't mean Murray should have jumped, too!
•  Michael - someone's Son, Brother, Father, Uncle, Cousin, Friend, Ex-husband & Benefactor - is no longer on this earth because of Murray's actions (& lack of proper action).

Murray, you were wrong.  Period.

. . . hmmm, who gives a "rat's pa-tootie" about the surveillance video? A timeline as to what Murray was doing (... & what was going on) has already been established. ALL the drugs found in Michael's system, Murray has already admitted giving him. Murray's lawyers are playing semantics: "Murray didn't give Michael anything that should have killed him." Nooo, not if administered properly & under the intended circumstances by a licensed professional, trained & certified to do so. Does that describe Murray? No it doesn't. He's NOT an anesthesiologist - licensed, certified or trained! He administered this drug outside of its intended realm of usage; he failed to call 911 in a timely manner; he performed one-handed CPR; he performed CPR on a bed; he failed to monitor his patient w/the proper equipment; he left the room where his patient was; he was distracted by sending personal text messages; he was on the phone holding personal conversations instead of devoting his attention to his patient; he withheld information from the paramedics when they arrived; he lied about weaning Mike off of the drug (he had already ordered hundreds of vials of Propofol - had some of them sent to his girlfriend's place)....DAMN! Who needs surveillance tapes??!

I live in Georgia. Do I need to move to CA & prosecute this case??!
