R.I.P. Schroeder...

I lost my BFF this past Saturday.  His name was Schroeder. He was born June 1, 1997; part Chow, part Shepherd, part Beagle & a little bit of something else 😌 ! He was born one in a litter of nine.  Only he & one other puppy were born jet black - I nicknamed her Lucy. (they took after their daddy who was a black Chow Chow. Their mother was a shepherd beagle, s'umtin mix).  His weight fluctuated between 50 - 55 lbs., but tended to hold steady around 51.

As you can see, he was a #BeautifulBlackDog!

After I bought my house, I was told, "Now, you need a dog." Silly me said, "Okay!" As fate would have it, I had a friend whose dog was about to have puppies & she said I could have one if I wanted one.

He was sooo cute!

...just a big ole round ball of shiny black fur!

He had the shortest legs, again, taking after his Dad; yet, that joker could run like the wind!!!

He didn't have long legs by which to stretch out w/long graceful strides...no, he had quick short steps that just boggled the mind as you watched him run!

He loved frisbee!

So not only could he run, but he could jump, too!!!

He absolutely loved to play!

Loved women, but hated men! That is, until he got to know you 😉 !

This dog would get so stink, he'd emit a funk that would scare off a skunk 😖 ! YOWZAH!

Now Schroeder was my very first pet- so, I was absolutely clueless as to what I was doing! My advice came from my vet and the local library. Yep! That's right! That's what I said: the library!

The World Wide Web -as we know it, today- wasn't the creature back then, that it is now! There was no Google or Yahoo...or smartphone!

I didn't have the money to enroll us in obedience classes, so I had to train him myself!

-hold up, nah; U don't lead me, I lead U!

-boi, don't chu hear me callin' U?

-noooo, U don't bum-rush me to get to your food bowl!

-...well, let's see - U get a job, U can eat whatever you want; in the meantime, enjoy your Pedigree small crunchy bites!

-...huh? U don't like the rain? Soooo, whatcha sayin'? U get the umbrella??!

...IMHO, it appears the Defense is trying to confuse the true issue w/irrelevant details (red paint chips on the ground from the Durango; bullet trajectory; the amt of strike-force between two moving objects; window tint; aiming w/laser precision vs. pointing in the general direction...) ...the jury will get caught up in that.

The Prosecution needs to keep them focused on one thing: Dunn killed this teenager because HE was the angry one:  he felt disrespected [by these lil "punk-a$$ n***z"]. Nevermind what the kids said to him, the kids didn't shoot Dunn or shoot AT him.

It doesn't matter if Dunn "aimed w/laser precision" or "pointed in the general direction" of the red Durango... he fired 10 times, & NO ONE FIRED BACK.

No one fired back because there was #NoGun.
Dunn said he "saw" a gun, not "I thought I saw a gun..."
However, the Defense wants to confuse the jury by planting the "seed" that because the Durango's windows were tinted (w/in legal range), that maybe Dunn mistakenly "THOUGHT" he saw a gun.

**Here -in lies the rub:  regardless of whether he "SAW" a gun or "THOUGHT" he saw a gun.......
(1) who in their right mind turns their back on someone who has a gun pointed @ them?
I would throw my hands up & cry "no harm, no foul - I'm just trying to talk to you about your music...why are you pulling a gun?"  Is THAT what Dunn does?  NO.
(2) Even if he "THOUGHT" he saw a gun, it appears Dunn "KNEW," - I'll say it, again - DUNN KNEW he had enough time to reach into his vehicle, open the glove compartment, pull out his gun, un-holster it, cock the trigger to chamber a round & fire 10 times, before anyone would be able to FIRE BACK.

IF the kids had a gun, they wouldn't have allowed Dunn to get his, start shooting & NOT fire back. Their "gun" would've already been out & available for use. Dunn wasn't fearful of losing his life: he "TURNED HIS BACK" on the red Durango, reached into his glove compartment; cocked the gun, then fired...
Dunn fired his gun 1 time, 2 times, 3 times, 4 times, 5 times, 6 times, 7 times, 8 times, 9 times, 10 times; & NO ONE FIRED BACK.

Nine out of the ten rounds, Dunn fired, hit the Durango.
With both sides "ALLEGEDLY" having a gun, why wasn't this a re-creation of "the shoot out @ the OK Corral?" The kids were driving off in the red Durango while Dunn was discharging his weapon @ them.
Ten times.
Having seen a gun, did Dunn duck for cover, while firing @ the Durango? Did he seek protection behind the door of his car, hide behind his car, duck behind a garbage can or something?  NO.
Why not?
Because he KNEW he didn't need to.
Dunn LIED.
Dunn didn't see a gun, because...
There was NO GUN.

Why didn't Dunn call the police?
He discharged his firearm in public.
WHEN did he tell the police he saw a gun?
Dunn left the scene!  THAT's an even bigger issue than not searching for an "alleged" gun.
Had Dunn remained on the scene, he could've told the police about the other parking area the Durango moved to.
The cops would've checked the area (that very night!) for more evidence - in particularly, "a gun."

As in the Zimmerman trial - the killer is the one who initiated the contact. WTF's up w/that?

In watching Dunn in court, he looks so pompous, so proud of himself - as if  he's done nothing wrong.
No remorse, no remorse whatsoever.

This trial is a mockery.

Q: ...& w/whom did they consult, to be able to come to the decision that this is considered entertainment?

What's entertaining about young women jockeying for a better position to receive child support? Children are involved...their lives, being the ones caught in the middle of this nonsense, exposed - maybe not their faces, but the faces of their mothers.

This isn't entertainment, Oxygen. This is NOT "relevant & engaging content." This is NOT "honorable programming."

This is foolishness & bad personal decisions exploited & mocked for the sake of "making fun" of others, children included. This is Oxygen's blatant & disrespectful attempt to perpetrate & encourage a lowly opinion of a race of people.

Oxygen, you have no shame.
NBC Universal...wow. You have "flipped the script" on Oxygen's original purpose in programming.

...from the station's actions it would appear they agree w/the viewer's comments. Has any other anchor/staff member been targeted before? What was the station's response regarding that situation?
They hired her "as is" & therefore should have had her back on this. To refuse to comment on her behalf is rather cowardly behavior by the ABC network affiliate. Has ABC corporate weighed in on this issue?
...hmmm, she violated a policy that's NOT in wrtiting but was discussed in a mtg (she didn't attend). Wow.

Beth Karas has unveiled another lie by Murray...

In his interview w/the police detectives, Murray threw MJ under the bus...yep - just two days after his death.

Murray stated that he thought it was rather "inhumane" of Michael to not allow Security into the house to use the restroom.

Well, it's not true.

Alvarez testified as to the door they'd use to enter the house "to use the restroom," & Chernoff made mention of the same in his opening statement.

Good grief, Murray :-(
